Grapefruit, peppery, elderflower, lemon zest. Tangy-fresh and slender on the attack, a light Mosel impression in the guise of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. Despite its lightness, the finish has aromatic intensity. The wine is only moderately mineral - but it is still fresh and "drinkable".
