Distinctive slate savouriness and intense yellow fruit notes: mirabelle plum and apricot. Powerful, full-bodied on the palate, with a firm acid nerve, but also a layer of suppleness, very restrained sweetness, a savoury, dry, dense single-vineyard Riesling with mineral interplay.
