Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour, firm core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Fine herbal savouriness, blackberry and plum fruit background with delicate precious wood flavours, fine balsamic hint, some nougat. Juicy, black forest berry confit, pronounced in fruit core, some nougat, silky, well-integrated tannins, very good length, black berries on the finish, mineral, persistent, a great food companion with great certain ageing potential.
