Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are aromas of dark wild berry fruit, with discreet notes of cassis, an underlay of oak spice, as well as hints of orange zest and tobacco. On the palate it is taut, elegant, with noticeably fine tannins, black cherry on the finish, a nice nougat flavour, some minerality, and good length, and it will benefit from bottle ageing.
