Tasting Notes
Medium yellow with silver reflections. On the nose there is a fine herbal savouriness with a delicate nuttiness underlying it, as well as white apple, a little orange zest and a deep minerality. The palate is silky and elegant, with fine fruit expression, discreet acidity, and good persistence. Already showing good development.
