Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, ripe yellow pear fruit, honeydew melon, some honey blossom, candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, elegant, fine white apple fruit, finesse-rich acid structure, mineral-salty finish, a prime example of this already rare variety, certain ageing potential, unfortunately only available in very limited quantities.
