Tasting Notes
Aroma wrapped in fine peaty toast spice. Profound and unusually extraordinary. Candied herbs and saffron. Insanely cool and therefore surprising aroma. Taut acidity and a mineral kick are a far cry from the coziness of Baden. Needs time.
More about the tastingVery clear on the nose: blueberry, smoky, lots of tufa, very precise varietal fruit, round and still on the palate, translating the site into concentration rather than volume, very precise in all components, rich without lacking race.
