The sekt »Grande Cuvée« Brut nature, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Franz Keller has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
A refined interplay of yeast and tertiary aromas unfolds on the nose, along with notes of apple and hay. The mousse opens the palate up in a fresh and dynamic way, but also with finesse. The firm acidity whets the appetite, especially as there is no sugar in the way.
