Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. Subtle apple fruit and a hint of oranges, alongside a touch of yellow plums and herbal notes - a multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy and taut on the palate with a subtle nutty tone alongside an echo of the yellow fruit from the nose. Tightly woven acidity and a spiced finish, with a repeat of the nutty element on the aftertaste. Sure ageing potential, this is a multi-faceted food companion. (Deg. 04/2021).
More about the tastingLovely, subdued mix of red apple and rye bread and an edge of white pepper. Totally slender, vivid and gracious body that seems to take pirouette turns on the palate. A dancing Blanc de Noirs, that comes on tiptoe and plunges you into full-flavoured depth. The shimmering pepper stays, the lightness, too but it is the depth that gets you. The mousse is superfine. A most graceful and elegant wine with peppery, salty length.
