Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections and a persistent mousse. Yellow stone fruit, a touch of brioche, yellow plums and hints of candied orange peel make up the nose. The palate is juicy and elegant, with a fine acid structure and mineral-salty accents. A hint of passion fruit emerges with time, as well as delicate pear notes, lingers well. The palate has an incredibly fine mousse, a linear freshness and yet a textural richness. This is delicious, and the lemony almond viennoiserie comes fully to the fore in this most elegant wine that is incredibly generous while remaining absolutely toned and slender. The finish is highlighted by soaring Amalfi lemon and lasting saltiness.
