Tasting Notes
Screw cap! Pronounced new oak, sweet cherry, raspberry, some moss and bark mulch. Also floral overtones. The palate is lined with an extremely dense, mealy tannin – punchy, dry and with a hint of vegetal notes on top. Restrained acidity. Extract to the fore with noble astringency and a chalky character.
