Tasting Notes
Floral nose, violets, rose petals, smoky in fine doses with cherry and currant – dense and promising. Lots of drive on the palate with pithy acidity, it is well extracted, savoury, austere and mineral. Almost exhaustingly intense, the knot will take years to untie. Pure limestone, big!
