Finely nuanced and multi-layered on the nose, subtle woody savouriness, white nougat, salted lemon, kumquat, fresh corn. Full of tension with intense salty minerality, fine-grained tannins, delicate acid vein, bone-dry, gripping and elegant with plenty of ageing potential for years to come.
