Initially still very closed on the nose with slightly woody and savoury notes, hints of citrus and damp limestone. It slowly opens up to reveal lemon balm, flint and herbal notes. The palate is dominated by the penetrating acidity and an intense texture, the concentrated body is imbued with immense mineral tension.
