The white wine »Dreistern« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Friedrich Kiefer has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Light golden yellow colour, lots of savouriness and smoke with ripe pear, quince and yellow fruit, some saffron. Full-bodied on the palate with plenty of volume, soft acidity and some tannins on a smooth base, some green walnut. Emphatically dry and predestined for pairing with food.
