Tasting Notes
Disgorged 12/2024 The aroma is noticeably characterised by wood and yeast. There are also buttery and herbal-spicy flavours. The mousse is dynamic, but softly integrated due to the suppleness of the wine. A lively acidity provides freshness and tension, while the completely dry finish and good body make the wine an ideal accompaniment to food.
