Tasting Notes
Vanilla and caramel from the oak, plus a clearly defined varietal savouriness, aniseed cookie and dried apricot, a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, the wine proves to be more robust than full-bodied, suppleness is definitely vivid, but it does not dominate. Firm acidity, good substance and even "electrifying" fresh tactile-mineral components on the finish.
