Subtle on the nose, with hints of ground nuts, lemon butter and a herbal savouriness. Curry, pear, melon and roasted notes also emerge. There's a creamy base to the palate overlaid with mineral savouriness and fine phenolics. The well-integrated acidity is wrapped up in the dense profile and builds good length. Has ageing potential.
