Slightly reserved on the nose, notes of flint, smoke, dried mint, tarragon, pear, honeydew melon, reine claude plums, nutty. Supple on the palate, a refined sweetness, with wonderful tension from the minerality, a juicy acidity and fresh herbs on the finish.
