Subtle fragrance, large glass. Smoke, rock flour, sage, thyme, pink grapefruit, apricots, mirabelle plums. On the palate it clearly shows its location, minerality, salty grip with juicy fruit, noticeable phenolics and fine acid vein, with good length and certain ageing potential.
