Despite 14 days of maceration, only a minimal hint of rose, but clearly Gewürztraminer on the nose, expressive scent of rose. Rose petals and rosewood are also clearly vivid on the palate, as well as a rare gift from this grape variety: simultaneously mature, dry and light in alcohol.
