Dark ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Very fine precious wood savouriness, dark berry confit, a hint of herbs and chocolate, some cassis, mineral touch. Juicy, with notes of crunchy sour cherries, some Valrhona chocolate, persistent, still somewhat demanding tannins, shows good length, pronounced in fruit and ageworthy, good ageing potential.
