Deep dark ruby colour, black core, very delicate watery rim. Fine nougat-roasted aromas, dark berry confit, fresh orange zest, liquorice, inviting bouquet. Full-bodied, sour cherry, floral touch, fine dark chocolate, vivid tannins, delicate coconut on the finish, lingers well, Valrhona chocolate in the aftertaste, delicately drying on the palate, very good ageing potential.
