Tasting Notes
Deep, rich, dark fruit, meat, soya sauce and iodine, balsamic vinegar and red pepper. Present on the palate, fresh and juicy despite a certain ripeness, savoury red fruit, lean and taut, delicate tannin, with a fine savoury background. A great everyday companion that also goes well with spicy, peppery dishes.
More about the tastingExceptionally well-developed fruit, with wild blueberries and blackberries playing the leading role. A hint of forest floor with a mushroomy impression create an overall mysterious aroma. Powerfully packed, it shows a lot of extract on the palate with harmoniously interwoven aromas. Very long on the palate!
