Coffee-like wood notes, yoghurt-like lactic notes; with aeration, ripe lemon and grapefruit, chamomile and stone fruit. Fresh, mineral and creamy at the same time, with fine phenolics.
More about the tastingSubtle on the nose, the Silvaner shows herbal aromas, but also apple and pear fruit as well as some orange peel. Compact on the palate with a concentrated core. With a strong body, the wine is also rich in extract and benefits from a lively acidity.
