Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Still somewhat reductive on the nose, but with nuanced, floral-tinged varietal aromas behind it. The palate also reveals very neat fruit, the body is strong, but has enough nerve and playfulness to carry its power. Delicate sweetness, good length. Very fine in all components.
