Tasting from 01.10.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Fresh aroma of bright fruit, apple, pear, some ripe citrus fruit and almond paste, with savouriness. Lively acidity on the palate, bright fruit, apple and quince, a little mint, has a seaweed, emphatically fresh Pinot Gris. Good with food.
