Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Aromas of avocado honey and herbal-spicy aromas, some clover blossom and hazelnut. Lively acidity, lots of juice and tension, quite classic proportions with a rounding and aromatic finish from the wooden barrel. A contemporary interpretation of traditionalism at an excellent level.
