Tasting Notes
Still a little closed on the nose, rock dust, blood orange, lemon balm, vineyard peach and tarragon. Tight, fresh acidity on the palate, creamy base at the beginning, which gives way to fine mineral savouriness from the mid-palate, dense, good length.
