Tasting Notes
Very closed with citric notes, peach pit, and a hint of ash and tuff. Cool and discreet in the mouth, medium-bodied, yet tightly woven, substantial, chewy, almost repellently poor in fruit, almost completely dry, mineral from the softly layered mid-palate, with subtle acidity that gives length. A very exciting wine for mineral purists.
