Tasting Notes
Day one: An initially ripe, yet clear and not unfresh aroma of baked apple, ginger sticks and damp quartz sand. The palate is terpene-influenced and dense, animatingly tart, with ripe yet long-lasting acidity and a compact, pointed, still closed finish. Day 2: Wormwood, lots of lime (?), red plum. Dense, terpene-influenced, dense, with an initial rounding on the finish and an almost oily trait. Long and mineral at the same time. Day three: an extremely floral fragrance today! A hint of rose and lavender. Still terpene-influenced on the palate, the acidity emerges late, the first softening of the phenols becomes apparent with a round, almost melting quality. Good minerality.
