Exceptionally ethereal on the nose with notes of mint, menthol, sweet pickled lemongrass, grapefruit zest, white balsamic vinegar, nectarine, unripe mandarin and wet stone. Starts full-bodied on the palate, cool, mineral drive, already shows a certain maturity, also ripe acidity with citric play.
