The white wine Lorch Paffenwies Röder Riesling GG, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Graf von Kanitz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The first contact seems almost closed. Then aromas of cooked apple and some flint appear. A supple attack is followed by a dense phenolics core, firm acidity meets restrained sweetness, emphasising the tactile minerality on the finish. Exciting!
