Green reflections in the glass. A subtle nose, with citrus, white peach, herbal notes like sage and lemon balm with a wet stone minerality. The palate is supple and elegant with persistent ripe acidity, great extract, fine phenolics and a mineral, slightly saline savouriness. Has certain ageing potential.
