The white wine »Reserve S« Birkweiler Rosenberg Pinot Blanc trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Graßmück has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Savoury aroma with wood spice from barrique ageing, ripe yellow fruit, pineapple. Shows volume on the palate, well built with extract and muscle. Again a lot of spice and also texture, juice and minerality, ripe citrus fruit. Good length. Will evolve.
