Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

The nose indicates the origin of the wine; raspberry and strawberry mark it out as a Pinot Noir. Juicy and creamy on the palate with a fresh acidity that complements the subtle residual sweetness. Pleasant tartness on the mid-palate. A good aperitif.
