The white wine »Quantum S« trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Graßmück has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Scheurebe, matured in barrique. Spice on the nose, smoke, pear, cassis and mango. Juicy and spicy. On the palate there’s balanced acidity, well judged power, density and fruity charm. An unusual combination that has been done well.
