Tasting from 03.06.2014: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Smoky slate aroma characterized by spontaneous fermentation. Aromas reminiscent of vineyard herbs: ground ivy, clover, brook mint. Juicy palate spectacle with perfectly integrated fruit sweetness and ripe, agile acidity. Soil-influenced, challenging steep-slope wine. Wonderful!
