Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant, elegant nose, white flowers, jasmine blossom and pearl hyacinth, citrus fruit, grapefruit, white grapefruit. Fresh and juicy on the palate, bright fruit, a lively acidity, medium-bodied, with a savoury touch and a nuanced tartness in the aftertaste, an animated wine, nice on its own or with food.

Strikingly crystalline in the glass, delicate nose of white flowers, light grapefruit. Fresh and slightly tangy on the palate, full-bodied and well-proportioned, refreshing acidity, slightly smoky on the finish, a great food wine.
