The rosé »Wilde Hilde« Rosé halbtrocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Gurks Vinum has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Portugieser from the region Saale-Unstrut in Germany.
Ripe wild raspberry, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, herbal notes, thyme stalks. Balanced on the palate with a soft base and fruity residual sweetness. Not an aperitif, the "Wilde Hilde" also likes a cultivated Sunday afternoon with strawberry cake.
