Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Refined yeasty aromas, apple peel, freshly made dough, fresh lemons, white peach, freshly ground almonds, a chalky coolness. On the palate, lovely texture and elegance, juicy with a refined sweetness, a seamlessly interwoven and fresh acidity, chalky, with a salty savouriness right to the finish.
