Tasting Notes

94+
Tasting from 08.11.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Flows into the glass with light viscosity, fine mature notes on the nose, some mushroom, peach, also baked apple, blossom honey, candied nuts, savouriness. Noble, restrained finesse and delicate acidity on the palate, which provides balance and length, lots of texture and mineral savouriness, which sets the tone on the finish with fine citrus. Beautifully crafted.
