The red wine »Alte Reben« Lemberger trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Haberkern-Betz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Coconut aromas on the nose. There are also subtle, well-integrated aromas of new wood and coffee beans. Dried plum and a good hint of rum steeped fruit are vivid on the palate and thus also typical of the variety, but also a corresponding amount of tannin, which gives the wine additional strength. The finish is long.
