The red wine NV »Kaykreuz« Cuvée trocken from the winery Weingut Haberkern-Betz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Mitos, Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Immediately clear coffee notes, roasted aromas and fresh herbs on the nose. This is joined by a fine raspberry scent and some blackberry. The wine is rich in extract with structured tannins and refreshing fruit acidity on the palate. Still very youthful with recognisable certain ageing potential, good length.
