The sekt »Pinot« brut nature, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Haberkern-Betz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Bright salmon in colour, with yellow reflections. Spicy aromas, with dried herbs and hay, notes of ripe red apples to the fore. The fine mousse is invigorating on the palate, there is also a fresh acidity and vivid minerality.
