A fragrance dominated by nutty aromas and sourdough with some white blossom and a grown-up Burgundy nose. Deep on the palate with expansive tones. Notes of green to brownish-coloured walnut shells and some yeast plait can be tasted. The framework is firm and rich in structure. Lasting.
