Rather restrained aroma with some vegetable reduction, notes of green asparagus, papaya and lemon balm. Grips the palate directly, tight structure, framed by fine tannins. Challenging but not overwhelming - and the rather high alcohol content is noticeable but surprisingly well integrated.
