Highly attractive aroma: sour cherry and a garrigue-like herbal note, wild strawberry, a hint of pepper. Fleshy, juicy on the palate with a certain elegant form of robustness. Good acidity makes it enjoyable to drink even at a young age. Unagitated and serious.
