Strong ruby, purple reflections, faint ochre brightening on the rim. Delicate wood spice, fresh cherries, a hint of plums, vanilla, nougat and orange zest. Juicy, red berry notes and freshly structured, fine tannins, saline minerality, an animating food wine with ageing potential.
