Strong carmine garnet, ochre touch, delicate edge brightening. Dark wild berry confit, some nougat, hints of dried plum, candied violet, wood savouriness. Juicy, dark forest berry fruit, a hint of heart cherry, a hint of currant underneath, salty, sticks well, velvety tannin, a good food companion.
